During ChurchMilitant.TV's recent trip to Rome, Michael had the great honor of interviewing The Most Reverend Bishop Athanasius Schneider. His Excellency serves as the Auxiliary Bishop of Astana, Kazakhstan as well as the Titular Bishop of Celerina, Switzerland. He is also a member of the Canons Regular of the Holy Cross of Coimbra.

His Excellency Bishop Schneider is most well known for his proposal in 2010 for "a new Syllabus", which referenced the 1864 Syllabus of Errors issued by Pope Pius IX, as needed to correct faulty interpretations of the Second Vatican Council. His Excellency is also well known for his defense of the Traditional form of receiving Holy Communion (kneeling and on the tongue) which is the theme of his book 'Dominus Est' (It is the Lord).
