WELCOME TO THE SNAP DISCUSSION BOARD


We welcome anyone to view the postings, whether you are a registered member or not.
We are currently looking for a new moderator for the discussion board. Until that person has been appointed, we have a temporary hold on accepting applications for new members and new posting privileges. Previous members in good standing, however, are allowed to post new messages. We hope to resolve this matter soon.

Please be aware that messages on this board are the opinions and thoughts of each individual poster. They are not necessarily the belief or philosophy of SNAP, the organization. Also note that this is a public message board that can be read by anyone, including victims, supporters, perpetrators, bishops and lawyers. Please keep this in mind when posting personal information, or specifics about your experiences.

DISCUSSION BOARD RULES: We have a few ground rules which help to keep the board organized and orderly:
1) We reserve the right to delete posts that are insulting or abusive to the moderators or to other posters. We will also delete any messages that we determine to be false.
2) If you post multiple copies of the same message under different forums, we will keep one, and delete the rest. So please don't do that.
3) Users of the Discussion Board do so with the understanding and agreement that the moderator reserves the right to edit or delete any postings. Note that this is not a place for religious proselytizing. Don't come on here and try to convert anyone to your particular view of the Savior. Such postings will be removed. We also ask that you use some good judgment and resist the urge to post messages or describe your experiences in a manner that is so sexually explicit that it would cause other readers to be unfairly triggered, alarmed, offended, embarrassed or just plain grossed out. Please use some discretion here, OK??
4) This is a discussion board, not a place for posting and archiving multiple news articles, or creating other databases. Note that all published material is protected by copyright law. However, in keeping with the standard of fair use, we permit postings of small excerpts, approximately 250 words or less, from an average length article and quote that along with the author's name and the URL so others can read the entire article from the referenced source. Postings of complete news stories will be deleted.
5) Please try to put your messages in the correct categories, to make it as easy as possible for readers to find the information they are looking for. Postings that are clearly in the WRONG section will be deleted.
6) Discussion board members who repeatedly break the rules will be issued a warning. If problems continue, the member will be banned from posting.
