Thank you for taking time to participate in this important questionnaire. It is designed to help Bishop Guglielmone prepare for the extraordinary Synod of Bishops on the family called by Pope Francis, that will take place in October 2014 in Rome.

You are encouraged to take the time to prayerfully reflect on Church teaching and read Pastoral Challenges to the Family in the Context of Evangelization or the Catechism or the Catholic Church (1601-1658 and 2331-2391) before responding to any or all of the questions.
